1. Who we are

Bulwark (“Bulwark”, “we”, “us”) operates this website at bulwark-capital.com and is the controller of personal data collected through it. You can reach us about privacy at contact@bulwark-capital.com.

2. The data we collect

We collect only what we need:

  • Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the reason for contact, and your message.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to operate the site.

3. How we use it, and our legal basis

  • To read and respond to your enquiry and correspond with you — on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and to take steps at your request.
  • To operate, secure, and maintain the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
  • To comply with legal obligations where they apply.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing. Data you send through the contact form is used only to receive and reply to your message. The site runs on infrastructure we operate through ordinary hosting and email delivery tools, under confidentiality and data-processing arrangements. We disclose information only when the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Depending on where you are, your data may be processed in the country where our systems run. Where a transfer outside your jurisdiction is involved, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are retained only for a short period.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these, email contact@bulwark-capital.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
